Every piece of chicken at Halal Grills is halal-slaughtered and marinated overnight in herbs, spices and pepper, so the flavour goes all the way to the bone.
It is grilled over charcoal when you order, turned until the skin is crisp and charred at the edges. One order is a generous quarter — a full plate with dodo and chips.
