Halal Grills is an open-fire grill in Ilorin. We do a short menu — catfish, chicken and the sides that go with them — and we cook all of it when you order.

- Halal-slaughtered chicken only
- Every chicken that comes into the kitchen is halal-slaughtered. There is no second supplier for busy days.
- Every dish, not just some
- The catfish, the chicken, the sides and the house sauce — the whole menu is halal, so there is nothing to check.

- If you want to know where something comes from, ask at the counter or when we call to confirm your order.
How we grill
From marinade to open fire, in three steps.

Marinated overnight
Chicken rests overnight in herbs and spices. Every protein that comes through the door is halal certified, and that never changes for a busy night.

Grilled when you order
Nothing waits under a heat lamp. Catfish and chicken go over open charcoal when your order lands, and the catfish is basted in barbecue glaze as it cooks.
- 03
Plated hot, in about 30
Sweet dodo, cool coleslaw, hand-cut chips and a pot of house sauce go on the side. Most orders are ready in about 30 minutes.
